We're proud of our ethos of creating remarkably simple products that are designed to streamline your everyday routine and restore confidence in your skin. Our products are formulated to strengthen the health of your skin microbiome through our patented hydrolytic enzyme.
When is the next product launching?
The fjör family has just expanded, with the launch of our hydrolytic moisturizer in October 2023. We’re working on other products as we speak, and we're excited to soon share a curated line of skincare heroes that champion remarkable simplicity and only the best active ingredients for your skin. Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
When you sign up for our newsletter, you'll be updated with information on discount codes, upcoming launches, special edits from the founder and feel-good stories. We don't do discounts often, but when we do, they can be found in our newsletter.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Our systems can only handle one code per order. All our codes are available for a limited time only and may have geographic or timing restrictions. If you’re having any issues drop a note at hello@fjör.life.
We reserve the right to change and remove offers/codes at any time without prior notice, in the event of suspected misuse.
Do you have a subscription option?
Yes, we do have a subscription option! If you love our products and want to keep them perpetually stocked in your bathroom cabinet, opt for the ‘subscribe and save’ option to save up to 15% and select how often you wish to receive an order.

What skin types are fjör products suitable for?
Our products are clinically verified and formulated for all skin types, especially if you have sensitive skin or conditions like acne, eczema, or psoriasis. Our hydrating serum contains active ingredients to rebalance your skin’s microbiome and protect your skin barrier, whether you have existing skin concerns or not.
Is fjör cruelty free?
We love our furry friends, so we’re committed to being cruelty free. We don’t test on animals at any stage, from initial R&D to the finished product you enjoy.
Can I sell fjör products on my own site?
When you purchase our products from our website or any official vendor, they are for your personal use only. By purchasing fjör products, you agree not to re-sell or re-distribute any products. If we have reason to believe that your order may not be for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order. Again, don’t ruin the fun for others. Do you use parabens. paraffins or petroleum in your products?
That’s a big no from us. We pride ourselves on being paraben, paraffin, and petroleum-free. We’re committed to formulating products with only the best clinically-proven active ingredients, and that means absolutely no synthetic alternatives.
Can I use fjör with my retinol products?
We don’t believe in using retinol in our products, nor do we recommend the use of any retinols/retinoids whilst using fjör products. Retinol affects your skin barrier, making it more susceptible to long-term damage – especially when it comes to sun damage, pigmentation, pollution and other factors that could cause irritation. At fjör, we believe in improving the skin’s natural barrier and the microbiome with our unique enzyme-based products. Hence, we do not recommend using our products with any retinol-based products.
Do the products contain fragrance?
All our products are fragrance free.
Are the products vegan?
Our Hydrolytic Moisturizer is 100% vegan.
Our Hydrolytic Serum contains Type 1 collagen from a marine source, so our products are not 100% vegan.
How do I get the best use of the hydrolytic serum?
Our hydrolytic serum is filled with hydrating, powerful active ingredients in a science-backed formulation that works for all skin types. If you’re in the market for quicker results, feel free to use more generous doses of the serum twice a day. We believe that “less is more” when it comes to skincare (and most things in life), so we recommend stripping back your complicated skincare routine and letting our serum do its thing. If weather conditions are colder and drier where you are – we recommend applying up to 3-4 drops of the serum twice a day or combining the hydrolytic serum with the hydrolytic moisturizer.
Can I use fjor if I have sensitive skin?
100%. We’re designed with sensitive skin in mind, and fjör will always be committed to providing effective and gentle ways to help sensitive/irritated skin through the clinically verified power of our hydrolytic enzyme. Everyone has different skin concerns and can react to things in different ways, and for that reason, we have minimized the number of ingredients in the product. Our packaging and website lists all ingredients, so please give those a read before using the product in case there’s anything you could be sensitive/allergic to. If you’re worried about anything, we recommend doing a quick patch test on the skin around the inner bicep area to double check that there’s nothing in the serum that you’re reacting to before applying it to your face.
What is the shelf life?
All fjör products have a shelf life of 2 years (1 year after opening). All cosmetic products include a symbol which signifies the ‘period after opening,’ known as the PAO symbol. You’ll recognise this as an open jar with a number and M alongside, signifying the number of months a product is good for after it is first opened. The product could be less efficient or potentially harmful to use after that point.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Absolutely. The serum bottle is made from materials that are easy to recycle. For example, the hydrolytic serum bottle is made of glass, so once you’ve used up your serum, simply remove the glass pipette from the dropper, dispose of the dropper in plastic recycling, and place the glass bottle and pipette into clear glass recycling.
Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant / nursing?
Based on the toxicology evaluation of the serum and stated intended use for adults, there are no precautions required for pregnant/nursing women who are using the product. However, we always recommend checking with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.

How can I update my order?
If you’d like an update on your order and haven’t received anything from us via email yet, please send us a note at email@example.com with your order number so we can investigate it for you.

How can I cancel an order?
Please email us at email@example.com and we can sort this out for you. Please note that our fulfilment partner is rather efficient, so the sooner you can let us know, the better.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Please drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you would like to exchange or return, and we’ll guide you through the returns process. If you were unhappy with the product, we’d love to hear your feedback as well.
Where is my return slip?
Our deliveries don’t include return slips to save paper. If you want to return anything, send a note to us at email@example.com and we’ll help you through the returns process.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be submitted to us and processed within 14 days of you receiving the order. If you are having any difficulties returning the item within 14 days, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take around 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If there’s any trouble, please contact us at email@example.com.
I’ve received the wrong product, what do I do?
If you've received the wrong item from us, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of it right away.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Klarna.
Where does fjör ship to?
We currently ship worldwide excluding a few countries. Unfortunately, we aren't able to cover duties outside of the UK and EU. Additionally, we will be not able to ship to a few countries as listed below:
Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and Afghanistan

Will I be charged Duties?
All UK and EU orders will not have any duties upon delivery. All international orders will not have duties included in the shipping cost; this will have to be done upon arrival at local customs by the customer. We are working on improving this experience - bear with us!
I’m having problems with the tracking
We apologize for that! Sometimes, our carrier can take up to 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com and we can look into that for you.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct address and we’ll try our best to amend it – but be quick! We only have a small window of time to amend orders, as our logistics team is extremely efficient.
