fjör is a cosmetic product, not a treatment for diagnosed skin conditions. If you are managing eczema, psoriasis or acne with a doctor, speak to them before adding anything new to your routine.

They work by accelerating turnover, which puts the barrier under load. fjör works the other way: supporting the microbial balance the barrier depends on. Running both at once means pulling in opposite directions.
If you are using a prescription retinoid under a dermatologist's care, keep that decision with them.
Yes. Apply fjör first, on clean skin and let it absorb before anything else goes on top. SPF and makeup go over.
The one thing we'd hold back is anything actively exfoliating, see above.

Our Hydrolytic® Serum is filled with hydrating, powerful active ingredients in a science-backed formulation that works for all skin types. If you’re in the market for quicker results, feel free to use more generous doses of the serum twice a day. We believe that “less is more” when it comes to skincare (and most things in life), so we recommend stripping back your complicated skincare routine and letting our serum do its thing. If weather conditions are colder and drier where you are – we recommend applying up to 3-4 drops of the serum twice a day or combining the hydrolytic serum with the hydrolytic moisturizer.
It shouldn't. No fragrance, no essential oils, no exfoliating acids, no retinol, and a deliberately short ingredient list: fewer ingredients means fewer things to react to.

After that it becomes less effective, so it's worth finishing within the window.
Absolutely. The serum bottle is made from materials that are easy to recycle. For example, the hydrolytic serum bottle is made of glass, so once you’ve used up your serum, simply remove the glass pipette from the dropper, dispose of the dropper in plastic recycling, and place the glass bottle and pipette into clear glass recycling.
Based on the toxicology assessment of our formulations and their intended use, we are not aware of any reason to avoid fjör during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
We'd still recommend checking with your doctor or midwife before starting anything new.

We currently ship worldwide excluding a few countries. Unfortunately, we aren't able to cover duties outside of the UK and EU.
