do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
This is the part where you sign up for the newsletter here, it’ll provide you with all the information from discount codes, upcoming launches, special edits from the founder and some feel good stories. Discounts don’t come up often, so you wouldn’t want to miss it when it does.
can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Slow down there, our systems can only handle one code per order. All our codes will only be available for a limited time only. And don’t forget to check that it meets all the criteria around geographic location, timings etc. If you’re having any issues drop a note at hello@fjor.life.

what skin types are fjör products suitable for?
We’re here for all skin types. Especially if you have sensitive skin, we are here for you. Acne, eczema, psoriasis: all. of. it. We’ve formulated and been clinically verified.
Is fjör cruelty free?
We love our furry friends, and we’re committed to being cruelty free. We don’t test on animals at any point of our product journey, from R&D to the finished product in front of you.
can I sell fjör products on my own site?
When you decide to purchase fjör from us or from any official vendor, this is only for your personal use. By purchasing fjör products, you agree not to re-sell or re-distribute any products for any commercial use/purposed. If we get a hint that your order may not be for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order. Again, don’t ruin the fun for others.

do you use parabens. paraffins or petroleum in your products?
That’s a big no thank you from us, we pride ourselves of being paraben, paraffin, and petroleum free. When we made the commitment to giving you only the best, we mean that, no synthetic alternatives.
can I use fjör with my retinol products?
We as a brand don’t believe in using retinols in our products, nor do we recommend for you to use any retinols/retinoids whilst using fjör products. Retinols affect your skin barrier, making It more susceptible for long term damage – especially when it comes to the sun damage and pigmentation, as well as your skin’s protective barrier to pollution and other elements that could cause irritation in your skin.

We believe, at fjör, in improving the skin’s natural barrier and the microbiome of the face with our specially formulated unique enzyme-based products. Hence, we do not recommend using our products with any other retinol-based products.
do the products contain fragrance?
All our products are fragrance free.
are the products vegan?
We use a Type 1 collagen, which is from a marine source, meaning our products are not 100% vegan.
how do I get the best use of the hydrolytic serum?
We believe in the power of the product, and for the maximum and quickest results we recommend using just the hydrolytic serum generously. We say it time and time again: less. Is. more. When it comes to the number of products you’re using. If the weather conditions worsen and things get colder and drier – we recommend applying the serum even more generously or combining the hydrolytic serum with a suitable moisturiser (we’re working on our own, so you can guarantee that it follows the power of fjör through and through).
can I use fjor if I have sensitive skin?
100%. We kept sensitive skin at the forefront of the formulation. We wanted to find an effective and gentle way to help with sensitive/irritated skin in what we have the with hydrolyse enzyme, without turning to any of those synthetic additives. We do know that everyone has different skin and can react to things in different ways – and for that, we have minimised the number of ingredients in the product, whilst also keeping it clear on all packaging and the website – so if you detect anything you could be sensitive/allergic to you. We recommend, if you’re worried about even the mildest of ingredients, to patch test on the inside skin around the inner bicep area to double check that there’s nothing that you’re reacting to.
what is the shelf life?
On all cosmetic products, they include a symbol with signifies the ‘period after opening’ knowing as a PAO symbol. You’ll recognise this as an open jar with a number and M alongside e.g., 12M is 12 months, 36M is 36 months etc. This means once you’ve opened the product, the product should be used during this time, as the product could be less efficient after that point.
can I recycle the packaging?
Absolutely. We chose materials that were more easily recyclable e.g., in the hydrolytic serum, the bottle is made of glass, so simply take the dropper, and remove the glass pipette. Dispose of the dropper in plastic recycling, and the glass bottle and pipette into clear glass recycling.
do your products have expiration dates?
All fjör products have a shelf life of 2 years (1 year after opening).
is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant / nursing?
Based on the toxicology evaluation and stated intended use for adults, there were no precaution regarded pregnant/nursing women is however given so we recommend checking with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
how can I update my order?

how can I check the status of my order?

how can I cancel an order?
Please email us at hello@fjor.life and we can investigate this for you, please note that are fulfilment partner is rather efficient so the sooner we know the better.
how do I place a return or exchange?
Not a problem, please drop us a note at hello@fjor.life with your order number and the products you would like to exchange or return, and we’ll go through the returns process. If you were unhappy with the product, do give us some feedback as well.
where is my return slip?
Our deliveries don’t include return slips, to decrease the amount of printing we do. If you want to return anything, send a note to us at hello@fjor.life and we’ll go from there.
what is your return policy?
All returns must be submitted to us and processed within 14 days of you receiving the order.
If you are having any difficulties to return the item within the 14 days, please reach out to hello@fjor.life.
how long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take around 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, if there’s any trouble, please contact us at hello@fjor.life.
i’ve received the wrong product, what do I do?
If you’re received the wrong item from us, we sincerely apologise about this! Please contact us at hello@fjor.life and we’ll take care of it right away.
when will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted and processed.
what forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Klarna.
where does fjör ship to?
We currently ship worldwide. Unfortunately, we aren't able to cover duties outside of the UK and EU. Additionally, worldwide aside we will be not able to ship to a few countries as listed below:

Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and Afghanistan

will I be charged Duties?
All UK and EU orders will not have any duties upon delivery. All international orders will not have duties included in the shipping cost; this will have to be done upon arrival at the local customs by you. We are working on this, so we can improve this experience.
I’m having problems with the tracking.
We apologise for that! Sometimes, our carrier can take up to 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or there hasn’t been any significant movement, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@fjor.life and we can look into fixing that for you.
how can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@fjor.life and we can see what we can do – but be quick! We only have a small window to amend orders, our logistics team are extremely efficient.
