Natalie is the founder and CEO of fjör.

For her, fjör holds profound significance in various aspects. Her journey into the business was motivated by the desire to uplift people's self-esteem. Growing up, Natalie witnessed contrasting approaches to skincare embodied by her parents: her father's sun damage and her mother's skin allergies. These experiences deeply influenced her understanding of skin health, prompting her to challenge conventional skincare norms, particularly regarding the multitude of steps and ingredients involved.

William Smithwhite

Will is the CFO, COO, and co-founder of fjör.

His journey commenced after spending five years in Investment Banking, seeking an entrepreneurial venture. Witnessing Natalie's inception of fjör and its development over the initial year, Will decided to join her as a co-founder. Together, they embarked on the ambitious goal of scaling fjör. In his roles as CFO and COO, Will focuses on crafting financial and operational strategies to position the business to capitalize on the dynamic growth within the sector.

Mats Clarsund

Mats has extensive expertise in product development (discovery, pre-clinical and clinical) and commercialization of biological-based products.

He received his Ph.D. from Lund University, Sweden, specializing in enzyme engineering and biotechnology. He has also authored/co-authored 36 peer-reviewed publications, including 8 patent applications.

Johanna Borné

Dr Johanna Borné has more than 15 years’ international experience in product innovation, R&D management and business development.

She holds a PhD from Lund University, Sweden, in Chemical Engineering, Lipid Chemistry and is a member (fellow) of Royal Society of Chemistry.
